Fluid transfer systems for heavy equipment are changing too. Assemblies are becoming increasingly complex, product development cycles are shortening, and many manufacturers are striving for weight reduction and miniaturization of parts.
With so much increased demand for a structure that already faces incredibly high demand and harsh conditions, it’s more important than ever to use laboratory testing to ensure the integrity and efficiency of fluid transfer systems designed for heavy equipment.
In this 45-minute webinar, Smithers expert Jeff Andrasik will provide an overview of product testing of fluid transfer systems in heavy equipment. He’ll cover important topics such as:
- Current trends in heavy equipment and fluid transfer systems
- Challenging conditions specific to heavy equipment fluid transfer systems
- Common failure modes
- Test methods and considerations for customization
- The value of an external testing partner
